Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Multi-Skilled Services Engineer (Plumber) to join our Estates and Facilities team in London. The role covers plumbing and mechanical maintenance across hospital sites to ensure safe, reliable services for patient care.

The post requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience, City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, and registration with a recognised professional body.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Services or NVQ Level 3
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience in delivery of multi-disciplinary contract
• Registered with IWFM, CIBSE, IOSH or NEBOSH

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, compliant mechanical maintenance services across the Trust
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance via the CAFM system
• Maintain accurate records and assist audits and compliance activities
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders and participate in the on-call rota
