Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an Account Director to lead a high-profile healthcare hospital account in London. The role focuses on strategy, operational excellence, and trusted partnerships to improve patient environments and outcomes.

You will own long-term strategic plans, manage senior stakeholders, and drive growth while ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence across facilities management services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Account Director or FM leadership role within healthcare (hospital/NHS or private sector).
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient-critical environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex teams and multi-service operations.
• Commercially astute with experience in P&L ownership and driving account growth.

The Role

As Account Director, you will act as the strategic lead and senior partner for our healthcare client, ensuring service delivery is safe, compliant, and exceptional.

You Will

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence at executive and board level
• Strong commitment to health & safety leadership, with knowledge of UK regulations (NEBOSH/IOSH desirable)
