Job summary

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for Bank Retail Assistants to join our Retail Team. The post holder will work with colleagues and volunteers to assist with the operation of Jersey Hospice Care’s retail fundraising shops.

The post holder is required to greet customers, respond to customer queries, and assist shoppers in purchasing goods. Other duties include receiving donations, replenishment of stock and maintaining the shop floor in line with shop standards.

Qualifications

• Greet customers, respond to queries and assist shoppers in purchasing goods.
• Receive donations and replenish stock on the shop floor.
• Maintain the shop floor in line with shop standards.

Responsibilities

• The post holder will work with colleagues and volunteers to assist with the operation of Jersey Hospice Care’s retail fundraising shops.
• They will also be responsible for the delivery of other retail activities as assigned by the Line and/or Duty Manager.
