Children’s Hospice South West is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for Bristol (Wraxall). The role is 37 hours across five days, with some weekends and bank holidays. The salary ranges from £26,414 to £27,808 per year, plus £6.75 per hour for weekend/bank holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards.
• Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice.
• Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control.
• Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems.
• Collaborate with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families.
