The Support Worker will engage creatively with people who have multiple and challenging complex needs, including long-term homelessness, rough sleeping, substance use, and mental illness, to identify and foster their strengths and talents, working with them to develop skills and resources for independent living.
About The Role
This is a full-time role working on a rota basis—generally a week of day shifts, a week of night shifts, and working every other weekend.

Mildmay House is a 47-bed supported accommodation service for single homeless males and females aged 16 and above, from diverse backgrounds including relationship breakdowns, rough sleeping, mental health issues, and substance use. We strive to provide a warm, respectful, and supportive environment where clients feel at home from day one. Our staff support and encourage clients throughout their journey towards independent living.
