Job summary

GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL AND ARMS LENGTH ORGANISATION is seeking a Section 5 Officer in Homelessness Services at GCHSCP. The role focuses on minimising homelessness by delivering housing option assessments, information, and support.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support homelessness prevention strategies. The post involves managing the Section 5 process, supporting the I-World MIS, and coordinating with partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of homelessness issues and legislation.
• PVG Scheme membership required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Section 5 process within Homelessness Casework Services.
• Assist development and management of the Section 5 MIS (I-World) and liaise with partner organisations.
