Job summary

Two Saints is hiring a Homeless Support Worker for our Bournemouth service. You will help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to build confidence, develop life skills and recognise their strengths through supportive, dignity-based interactions.

The role focuses on guidance, encouragement and empowering clients to take next steps towards stability, with safeguarding at the forefront within a values-driven team. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, adaptable individuals with a passion for supporting people to build confidence and resilience.
• Ability to connect with people experiencing homelessness and care leavers to build trust and empower progress.
• Understanding safeguarding and working within organisational policies to protect clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, encouragement and empower clients to achieve their goals.

You'll understand safeguarding, work proactively within our policies, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment. Our Homeless Support Worker roles are support-based, focused on guidance, encouragement, and empowering clients to achieve their goals.

Homeless Support Worker Desirables
