Nurseplus Care at home is hiring a Community Care Worker to deliver compassionate home-based care. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health, and elderly clients, following personalised care plans and providing companionship.

Qualifications

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 45p per mile.
• An enhanced DBS is required and can be applied for upon registration.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Administer medication and monitor client wellbeing as per care plans.
• Offer companionship and support to help clients remain independent at home.
