Job summary

Nurseplus is hiring a Homecare Assistant to support clients at home in Fareham. This temporary role involves personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and following individual care plans to improve quality of life.

You must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, and an enhanced DBS. Shifts are 14:00–22:00; training is provided, including NVQ Levels 2 and 3, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.
• Enhanced DBS is required (obtained upon registration).
• We are looking to cover 14:00–22:00 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with nutritional needs.
• Administer medication as required and follow care plans.
• Offer companionship to clients to support independence and dignity.
• Support clients in daily activities and coordinate with care team.
