Job summary

Nurseplus is hiring a Community Care Worker to join our homecare team. You will provide compassionate in-home care to clients, following individual care plans and ensuring dignity and comfort.

The role includes personal care, meal assistance, medication support, and companionship in clients' homes across the community. We offer industry-leading training, NVQ progression, continued development opportunities, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS required (can apply upon registration).
• Full UK driving licence is essential; travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Administer medication and offer companionship.
• Care is delivered per each client's care plan and tailored to needs.
