Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, delivering personal care, meals, medication administration, and companionship in partnership with tailored care plans.

You will be paid weekly and earn between £13.50 and £30.26 per hour, with ongoing training and funded qualifications (NVQ Levels 2 and 3). A full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifications

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 45p per mile.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required.
• An enhanced DBS check is required (applied for upon registration).

What You ll Be Doing

As a Homecare Assistant, your role is vital to improving the quality of life of those you support. You ll provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, and offer companionship ensuring clients feel valued and cared for in their own homes. All care is delivered in accordance with each client's individual care plan, tailored to their needs.
