Job summary

• Facilitation skills across multiple delivery modes.
• Commitment to developing leadership capability.
• Ability to plan and organise learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Leadership Academy sessions.
• Facilitate face-to-face, virtual and blended learning for leaders at all levels.
• Prepare programme plans, materials and participant resources.
• Ensure a high-quality, accessible learning experience for every cohort.
• Provide coaching support to help leaders apply learning to work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Leadership Academy.
