Job summary

You will be based at Specsavers’ Home Visits Office in Quedgeley, GL2, and play a key role in scheduling clinics and managing appointments for the Home Visits Audiology team. The role also involves administrative duties, including updating customer files, so attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous route planning, appointment setting or scheduling and administration experience is essential.
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
• Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are desirable.
• Audiology experience would be preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan routes and schedule Home Visits across the regional area.
• Book and manage appointments, updating customer files with care and accuracy.
• Handle high volumes of incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed.
• Collaborate with the Home Visits team and external parties to deliver clinics.
