Specsavers is seeking a Home Visits Hearing Aid Dispenser to bring expert hear care directly to patients in their homes across the designated UK territory. You will drive to appointments, deliver clinical care, and support customers with daily tasks to improve their quality of life.

The role requires HCPC registration, a valid driving licence, and a patient-centric approach. You will join a friendly team and enjoy comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified HAD with HCPC registration.
• Driver essential.
• Wax removal qualification advantageous.
• Passion for customer service and helping customers.
• Great teamwork and initiative.
• Confidence in using IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Visit patients at homes to provide hear care and support daily tasks.
• Deliver basic tasks and clinical care directly to people’s doorsteps.
• Cover a defined territory within the UK, providing consistent patient care.
• Utilise the company car or car allowance to reach customers.
• Engage with patients to improve hearing and overall wellbeing.

Ready to take your skills on the road? As a Home Visits Hearing Aid Dispenser at Specsavers, you can do just that.

You’ll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing hear care to the people who aren’t able to come into our stores. But not only do you help them with their hearing, you’ll be able to support them to get basic tasks done that they wouldn’t be able to do without you. Essentially, you’ll be bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.

Our business

Based in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas including Bath, Swindon, Stroud etc, you’ll cover a given territory, providing care to our patients.

You’ll be provided with a company car or car allowance to bring your care directly to people’s homes.
