This role involves fostering positive relationships between schools, pupils, and families to improve outcomes and opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering targeted family support to enhance social, emotional, health, and well-being, while ensuring inclusive participation of all pupils in school life.

Applicants should have good numeracy and literacy skills and/or an NVQ or equivalent related to the post. Experience working with children is essential.
