We are seeking a dedicated Home School Support Worker and Learning Mentor to join our team at St. James’. This role involves fostering positive relationships between schools, pupils, and families to improve outcomes and opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering targeted family support to enhance social, emotional, health, and well-being, while ensuring inclusive participation of all pupils in school life.
Applicants should have good numeracy and literacy skills and/or an NVQ or equivalent related to the post. Experience working with children is essential.
