GLF Schools is seeking a Home School Link Worker to join the Pastoral Team. The role focuses on supporting KS4 pupils and families, delivering high-quality pastoral care, and coordinating with teachers, therapists and other professionals.

Responsibilities include leading EHA, attending TAF and EHCP meetings, and carrying out home visits as needed. The post requires resilience, reliability and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Qualificações

• Experience in working with families and schools
• Ability to liaise with therapists and professionals
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

Responsabilidades

• Lead Early Help Assessments (EHA) and attend Team Around the Family (TAF) and Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Review Meetings
• Carry out home visits to support families and children
• Support KS4 attendance team to improve pupil engagement and attendance
• Be a reliable bridge between KS4 pupils' families, school and external professionals
