Linear Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading housebuilder for a Sales Executive in Cumbria. You will drive customer-focused sales, guide buyers from enquiry to completion and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will own the sales journey, hit targets and ensure a first-class customer experience, benefiting from ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in new homes sales or residential property sales.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively achieve individual sales targets in line with company forecasts.
• Welcome prospective purchasers, understand their needs and qualify potential buyers.
• Deliver knowledgeable, customer-focused advice throughout the home-buying journey.
• Negotiate sales and maximise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents and other key stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective purchasers.
• Maintain accurate customer enquiry databases and records.
• Record all relevant customer information at reservation stage.
• Complete and distribute sales documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all sales administration and processes are completed efficiently and professionally.
