Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager for an exceptional residential service in the Stoke on Trent area. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of £35,000–£37,000 per year.

You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop the service.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in managing services for people with learning disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a learning disabilities service and lead the care team to support service users' goals.
• Inspire a high-quality, person-centred approach and ensure best practice in social care.
• Deliver service improvements through effective people and process management.
