CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping an established healthcare provider recruit a Home Manager for a leading nursing home in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The role requires an experienced manager with a valid NMC Pin and a proven track record in nursing home leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC/NMC), drive occupancy and care quality, and lead a dedicated team. Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, salary £63,000–£65,000 with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC Pin and experience in nursing home management.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on style and role modelling.
• Experience delivering high-quality care within regulatory standards (CQC/NMC).

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of day-to-day running of the service with 24-hour responsibility for care.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality care and maintain occupancy levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines.
