Job summary

Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for a 70-bed dementia and general nursing home in Consett. You will lead and develop the on-site team, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care and robust CQC compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Home Manager experience, a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification, and a proven track record of improving quality and residents’ wellbeing. On-site parking and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager in a 70-bed setting (Dementia & General Nursing).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Evidence of CQC compliance (rated Good or better) within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the home and on-site team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Ensure person-centred care and holistic resident wellbeing.
