Harbour Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Home Manager to lead Devonshire House in Plymouth, delivering compassionate, high-quality care across a 40+ bedded nursing and dementia home. You will ensure CQC compliance, occupancy growth and a warm, supportive environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager.
• Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home
• Has a strong clinical and operational background
• Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
• Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
• Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
• Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
