Qualifications

• We are looking for a Qualified Home Manager with at least 3 years as Home Manager in dementia/general nursing care.
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated Good in the last 3 years is required.
• Operational background with ability to lead and develop a team in a person-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain the Home, leading and supporting your team to deliver high standards of care.
• Build relationships with residents, relatives and the local community.
• Drive leadership in a 70-bed home and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
