Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager
• 70-bed care home leadership in Dementia and General Nursing
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated Good in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care
• Build effective relationships with residents, relatives and the local community
• Provide strong operational leadership to meet regulatory and quality targets
