Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Registered Home Manager (Clinical) to lead a 60-bed dementia/general nursing home. You will drive clinical governance, staff development and family liaison to maintain excellent resident care.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as Home Manager, strong operational background and proven CQC compliance. A supportive, community-focused environment and opportunities for progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 60-bed home experience focused on Dementia and General Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years as Home Manager.
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated good in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting the team to deliver high standards of care.
• Build effective relationships with residents, relatives, and the local community.
• Lead and manage the home to ensure regulatory compliance and high performance.
