Pinar Care seeks an experienced Registered Home Manager to open a 63-bed specialist care home in Macclesfield. You will lead mobilisation, coordinate pre-opening activities and establish strong governance to ensure safe, person-centred care.
You will recruit and develop a large multidisciplinary team, secure CQC registration, manage budgets and occupancy, and build positive relationships with residents, families and commissioners.

Pinar Care is seeking an experienced and values-driven Registered Home Manager to lead the opening and ongoing development of a new 63-bed residential care home in Macclesfield.
The home will provide specialist support for older people with complex dementia, older persons’ mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service from the outset, recruit and develop the staff team and establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity and truly person-centred care.
Working closely with the Managing Director and wider support teams, you will lead the home through its pre-opening and mobilisation stages before taking overall responsibility for its safe, effective and commercially sustainable operation.
You will be an experienced adult social-care leader with the confidence and capability to establish and lead a large, complex service.
Experience of opening or mobilising a new care home, managing a large nursing home or supporting people with complex dementia, older persons’ mental health needs or learning disabilities would be particularly advantageous.
