Job summary

Campsie View Care Home, operated by Alor Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the unit's clinical operations and staff. You will oversee nursing teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care for residents, ensuring high clinical standards and effective governance.

The role involves coordinating with the Home Manager on daily clinical activities, mentorship, and compliance, while maintaining quality of care across shifts, including night work, for up to 90 residents.

• Experience in care home or healthcare environment
• Experience leading or managing clinical teams
• Strong clinical knowledge; supports medication management and care planning
• Knowledge of clinical governance and compliance

Clinical Unit Manager Contract

• £21.42 per hour
• Full Time
• Nightshift available
• Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
