Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead one of its Glasgow care homes. This full-time role focuses on driving occupancy, fee performance, and delivering exceptional care, compliance, and resident experience.

You’ll shape the service with autonomy, supported by a collaborative senior team, and be rewarded for performance through a strong bonus structure and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a successful Care Home Manager (nursing qualification desirable but not essential).
• Confident in managing clinical governance and risk.
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate (CI) standards and compliance.
• Commercially astute - skilled in managing budgets, fees, and occupancy.
• A motivational leader who builds strong, values-driven teams.

We’re now seeking an experienced Home Manager to take the lead at one of our Glasgow care homes. This is a well-established service with huge potential and the full backing of a forward-thinking senior leadership team.

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially astute leader with a passion for quality care. You’ll oversee all aspects of the home’s operations - driving occupancy and fee performance while maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience.

Contract

• Up to £65,000 (DOE)
