Care Concern Group in Glasgow seeks an experienced Home Manager to lead a busy care home, driving occupancy and fee performance while maintaining high care standards. You will be supported by a collaborative senior team and empowered to shape the service to realise its potential.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory governance, and foster a compassionate, person-centred culture aligned with our values. Prior leadership in elderly care is essential.

Full-time | Up to £65,000 & Benefits

We're now seeking an experienced Home Manager to take the lead at one of our Glasgow care homes. This is a well-established service with huge potential and the full backing of a forward-thinking senior leadership team.

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially astute leader with a passion for quality care. You'll oversee all aspects of the home's operations - driving occupancy and fee performance while maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience.

Contract

• Up to £65,000 (DOE)
• Performance-related bonus opportunities (Up to 40% of salary per annum)

What We're Looking For

This role is made for someone who leads with both head and heart

• Proven experience as a successful Care Home Manager (nursing qualification desirable but not essential).
• Confident in managing clinical governance and risk.
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate (CI) standards and compliance.
• Commercially astute - skilled in managing budgets, fees, and occupancy.
• A motivational leader who builds strong, values-driven teams.
