Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Home Manager for a small care home in the Marston Green area near Birmingham. You will lead a team delivering person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs, ensuring high quality standards and regulatory compliance.

The role is permanent, full‑time, 40 hours per week, with 25 days leave plus bank holidays and flexible benefits. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required, as is prior managerial experience.

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• Your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives
• Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
