Job summary

A exciting opportunity with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cannock, Staffordshire, seeks an experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist care home for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will manage operations, ensure person-centred care, and inspire a small team to deliver high standards.

The role is permanent, full time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £39,000–£40,000 per annum and benefits. NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an excellent care home based in the Cannock, Staffordshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a fantastic small care home which offers a unique service for adults with autism and associated learning disabilities

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• Use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
