Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions in Lymington is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for a nursing and residential home in Lymington. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high standards of person-centred care.

The role requires strong knowledge of CQC regulations, budget and occupancy management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. An NMC registration is desirable but not essential; salary is around £55,000 with bonus opportunities.

Care Home Manager – Lymington

Salary: £55,000 per annum
Location: Lymington

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a nursing and residential care home in Lymington.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the staff team, ensure high standards of person-centred care, maintain full CQC compliance and take responsibility for the home's financial and operational performance.

You will be supported by an experienced Operations and Central team, alongside a Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, ensuring you have the support required to run the home effectively.

• Experience of marketing and developing a care home would be advantageous.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Confident working with residents, families, staff and external professionals.
• NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience is desirable but not essential.
