Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a dynamic Home Manager to lead an elderly and dementia care nursing home in West Sussex. You will guide care quality, compliance, and operational performance while working with a supportive senior leadership team and a Deputy Manager.

The role seeks an RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified manager with NVQ4/5 and proven leadership, aiming to sustain Good/Outstanding CQC ratings and strong occupancy and budget management.

Qualifications

• Nurse-qualified with RGN/RMN/RNLD credentials.
• NVQ4/5 management qualification.
• Proven leadership in a nursing/residential care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and ratings (Good/Outstanding).
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
• Able to manage budgets and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established elderly and dementia nursing home in West Sussex.
• Drive excellence in care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support by an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager.

The Home Manager is supported by an experienced, full time Deputy Nursing Home Manager.

Key Skills:

• Nurse-qualified - RGN / RMN / RNLD
• Possess a recognised management qualification NVQ4/5 and previous CQC registration experience
• Proven leadership experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings
• Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
• Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
• Confident, proactive, and compassionate with excellent communication skills
• Salary: Up to £70,000 per Annum
