Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Developer in London to identify, onboard and incubate key e-commerce brands for TikTok Shop’s Home & Living category. You will manage the lead-to-onboard-to-established process and collaborate with brands across kitchenware, home decor, furnishings, and more.

In this fast-moving role you’ll educate merchants, develop growth strategies, and own early success metrics while driving OKRs in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in business development and account management in online marketplaces/e-commerce or agencies.
• Practical experience with social commerce, content marketing and influencers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• UK market experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and incubate key e-commerce brands for TikTok Shop's Home & Living category.
• Oversee lead-to-onboard-to-established process: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing with sellers.
• Educate merchants to develop effective strategies and ensure early success on TikTok Shop.
• Hit business OKRs through client acquisition and growth across Home & Living, Books and Media.
