B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking an experienced nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing team, delivering IV therapies and other treatments to patients at home in Reading and surrounding areas. The role offers autonomy outside hospital settings with a strong patient-care focus.

Flexible, 40-hour rolling rota, and opportunities to work with NHS colleagues underpin a balance between professional and personal commitments. Strong IV skills and patient education are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Competent in management and delivery of IV therapies.
• Excellent communication and time management; able to meet strict timescales.
• Ability to make correct clinical decisions in emergencies.
• Willingness to travel and visit patients outside the local area.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• To administer prescribed IV therapies and associated care to patients at home.
• To train patients/carers in connecting/disconnecting Parenteral Nutrition and other therapies to independence.
• To train patients/carers to use infusion devices for self-administration.
• To support a phlebotomy/cannulation service for patients.
