B. Braun Medical Ltd. in Plymouth is seeking an experienced nurse for Clinical Homecare Nursing, delivering IV therapies to patients at home in a flexible role with strong NHS collaboration.

The position offers autonomy in a non-hospital setting, with a 40-hour week on a rolling rota. A suitable candidate will have IV therapy expertise, NHS liaison experience, and be prepared to travel across Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Competent in the management and delivery of IV Therapies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; able to meet tight timescales.
• Ability to make correct clinical decisions in emergencies.
• Flexibility to travel and visit patients outside local area.
• Current valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and provide care to patients unable to be independent.
• Provide training to patients/carers for PN and IV therapies to achieve independence.
• Train patients/carers to use infusion devices to deliver therapies independently.
• Support phlebotomy/cannulation services for patients.
