B. Braun Medical Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Clinical Homecare Nurse to deliver IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition in patients' homes, working autonomously with NHS colleagues to ensure high-quality care outside hospital settings.

The role offers hybrid working, 40 hours over 4 days, and flexibility to accommodate patient visits, with a comprehensive package including a company car, generous leave, and staff support programs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Competent in management and delivery of IV therapies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to travel and visit patients outside local area.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and provide care to patients.
• Train patients/carers in PN connection/disconnection and use of infusion devices.
• Support phlebotomy/cannulation services for patients.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care outside hospital settings.
