B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking a qualified IV Therapies Nurse for our Homecare Nursing team in Reading, UK. You will work autonomously delivering high-quality PN and IV therapies in patients' homes, collaborating with NHS colleagues for optimal care.

The role offers flexible 40-hour weeks on a rolling rota, with split shifts to suit patient needs and travel across trusts and patients in Reading and surrounding areas.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
• Competent in the management and delivery of IV Therapies.
• Excellent communication skills, time management and ability to work to strict timescales.
• Ability to make correct clinical decisions in emergencies.
• Flexibility to travel and visit patients outside local area.
• Current Valid driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• To administer prescribed IV therapies and associated care and support to patients who are unable to be trained to independence.
• To provide training and education to support patients/carers in connection/disconnection of Parenteral Nutrition and other prescribed therapies to independence.
• To train patients/carers to use infusion devices to deliver their therapies independently.
• To support the provision of a phlebotomy/cannulation service for patients.
