Job summary

B&Q Weston super Mare is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor for 15 hours per week on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts cover 7.00am–10.00pm, with training in paint-mixing and timber cutting; delivering great customer service is the main goal.

You will help customers with home improvement projects, manage stock, and set up displays to ensure the store looks its best. A friendly, team-oriented approach and willingness to work on weekends and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to helping customers with home improvement needs.
• Comfortable working in a team and adaptable to a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Willingness to learn new skills such as paint-mixing and timber cutting.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and support sales at the store.
• Assist with stock management and setting up displays to keep the store looking inviting.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with home improvement projects.
