Job summary

B&Q Northampton is hiring a Customer Advisor for a full-time role (36.75 hours per week) on a permanent contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 10:00pm. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.10 per hour.

You’ll provide expert customer guidance, assist with stock, and help set up displays while delivering great service. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available, with a focus on outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, enjoys helping others.
• Willing to learn and use new technology.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
