Job summary

B&Q East Kilbride is recruiting a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. You will help customers with home improvement needs, manage stock and displays, and receive training in paint-mixing and timber cutting.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, total of 30 hours per week; the role offers a permanent contract and £13.10 per hour. We value friendly service and teamwork across our store.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and enjoy helping others.
• Happy to stay flexible with shifts across evenings and weekends.
• Willing to learn new systems and methods to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home improvement projects and product selection.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep store looking inviting.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
