Job summary

B&Q Limited is recruiting for a Customer Advisor at B&Q Parkhead in Glasgow. The role is part-time (16 or 30 hours per week) on a permanent contract with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 10.00pm. The advertised hourly rate is £13.10.

You’ll be trained to assist customers, manage stock, and keep displays looking great. You will be encouraged to learn new skills, including paint-mixing and timber cutting, while delivering great customer service and helping customers with their home

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a buzz from helping others.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new technology.
• Team player, flexible to weekend/evening/bank holiday rota.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and advise on home improvement projects.
• Manage stock and set up displays.
• Ensure store looks great and maintain clean presentation.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting.
