Job summary

B&Q Limited in Perth is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with permanent contract. Shifts include weekdays and weekends between 7.00am and 10.00pm.

You’ll become an expert advisor who helps customers with home improvement projects, assists with stock, displays, and keep the store looking great. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be offered, but friendly service remains the focus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and helpful attitude.
• Able to work as part of a team and on a rota including weekends.
• Willing to learn technology and new processes.
• Comfortable with cash handling and basic displays setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home improvement projects.
• Help manage stock and set up displays.
