Job summary

B&Q Cribbs Causeway is hiring a Customer Advisor in a full-time role. You’ll be an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring the store looks great. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented person who adapts to a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a can-do attitude.
• Enthusiastic about home improvement and helping customers.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer advice and service.
• Support sales, stock management, displays and store presentation.
