B&Q Sprucefield 1318 is hiring a Customer Advisor for Building & Hardware. The role is full-time at 36.75 hours per week with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm, at a UK notional hourly rate of £13.10/hour.

You will become an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, managing stock and displays, and learning paint-mixing and timber-cutting. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, eager to learn and obsessed with home improvement.
• Willing to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and understand their home improvement projects.
• Manage stock, set up displays, and keep the store looking tidy and welcoming.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting as part of training.
