B&Q Sydenham is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor in a full-time role (36.75 hours per week). You will help customers, drive sales, handle till transactions, and support click & collect while keeping the store attractive. You’ll work on a rota that includes weekends and evenings.

You’ll be trained across areas, but delivering great customer service on tills and assisting customers with home improvement projects will be your main aim. Benefits are provided with a location allowance.

Qualificações

• Friendly and outgoing, with a passion for helping customers.
• Able to work in a team and learn new processes quickly.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service at the tills and on the floor.
• Support click & collect, displays, and store presentation.
• Contribute to sales and maintain a clean, welcoming shop floor.
