B&Q Sydenham is hiring a Customer Advisor for Checkouts on a full-time basis. The role runs 36.75 hours per week with a permanent contract, covering shifts from 7.00am to 10.00pm across Monday to Sunday.

The wage is £14.00 per hour, including a store location allowance. You will join a team focused on friendly, helpful service, with opportunities to learn tills technology and support click & collect, displays and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to help customers.
• Willing to learn new technology and processes.
• Comfortable working on a rota including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales will be important, including click & collect, setting up displays and ensuring the store looks great.
• Tills-based customer service with a focus on great service.
