Job Description

As a Home Host, you will:

• Work shifts across 7 days, starting at 7am and potentially finishing as late as 10pm.
• Greet members and guests, ensuring they have everything they need with a proactive approach.
• Set up day passes and induct new members into the space.
• Handle incoming sales calls, inquiries, and tours when the sales team is unavailable.
• Restock pantries, stationery, and maintain cleanliness across all floors.
• Manage stock, including monthly stock takes.
• Create reports for management as needed.
• Take ownership of the front desk for a smooth member experience.
• Manage meeting room setups, bookings, and calendars.
