Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is offering a fixed-term role (up to 6 months) to support the learning, development and clinical growth of staff within our Home First service across Gloucestershire.

You will work closely with the Practice and Learning Facilitator and Home First leadership to deliver education, assess competencies and help build a confident, skilled workforce in the community.

Qualificações

• Registered allied health practitioner with current registration and working within scope.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of clinical education, induction and competency-based learning programmes for Home First staff.
• Contribute to development of a skilled, competent workforce through training, coaching and workplace-based assessment.
• Assess, monitor and support staff undertaking work-based competencies within your professional scope.
• Undertake observational visits to support competency sign-off, development and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Home First Leads and multidisciplinary colleagues to identify learning needs and develop staff capability.
• Support induction, onboarding and ongoing development during probationary periods.
• Promote evidence-based practice and NHS priorities relevant to Home First and community care.
• Build relationships with education providers and partner organisations to maximise learning opportunities.
• Champion patient care standards, professional practice, health and safety across the service.
