Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Home First Practice and Learning Facilitator on a fixed-term basis for up to 6 months. The role supports learning, development and clinical growth across the Home First service.

You will work with the Practice and Learning Facilitator and leadership team to develop staff, undertake competency assessment and deliver clinical education that enables outstanding care in people’s homes. Travel across Gloucestershire is required.

Qualifications

• Current HCPC Professional Registration
• First degree or evidence of studying at this level
• Proven evidence of recent and ongoing CPD and understanding of revalidation requirements

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of clinical education, induction and competency-based learning programmes for staff across the Home First workforce
• Contribute to the development of a skilled, competent and confident workforce through training, coaching and workplace-based assessment
• Assess, monitor and support staff undertaking work‑based competencies within your professional scope of practice
