Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a registered allied health practitioner to support learning and clinical growth across the Home First service. You will work with the Practice and Learning Facilitator and Home First leadership to develop staff, deliver competency assessments and facilitate clinical learning in people’s homes.

This fixed-term role involves training across Gloucestershire, supporting induction during probation, and promoting evidence-based

Qualifications

Must be a registered allied health professional with the ability to support learning and clinical growth.
Experience in training, induction and competency-based learning across healthcare staff.
Ability to assess, monitor and sign-off work-based competencies within scope of practice.
Willingness to travel Gloucestershire-wide to deliver education and development.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical education, induction and competency-based learning for Home First staff.
Support development of staff through training, coaching and workplace assessment.
Assist with competency sign-off, development and quality assurance visits.
Collaborate with Home First Leads and multidisciplinary colleagues to identify learning needs.
Promote evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
